Policies and Procedures
Our goal is to
provide our dancers to learn to love the art of dance while creating memories
that will last a lifetime. In order to offer such a wonderful, safe and organized
environment for our dancers and families we ask you follow these simple manners
as our studio gets off on the right foot!
First
Time Students
*Students attending the studio for the first time may try
a class. If you decide to join your tuition
will be effective the date of the trial class.
A first-time student will be entitled to prorated tuition.
Communication is the most important element in any
relationship. All correspondence is done
by email and handouts (which go home with each dancer). Please also check our calendar of events
often (remember this is subject to change at any time). Love to Dance, Inc. will have this
information posted at the studio. At

Attendance is very important in a dancer’s progress and development. Make up classes can be made up with in 2
weeks of a missed class. Make up classes
are by reservation only. Since we offer
small class sizes and several classes are already full, we want to make sure we
can accommodate all our dancers who wish to make up a class.
Placement…As we begin our new dance season we are getting many new
dancers and those who have been dancing for years. When a student is placed into a particular
class, we will evaluate the technical skills and place each student
accordingly.
Performances are always optional. This is a very fun and exciting time for all
our dancers and often we hear from parents, “I wish we could see it again.”
Registration is a commitment for the dance season. Love to Dance, Inc. does not offer refunds or
credits. All withdrawals and
requests for refunds should be made in writing the Director at the time of the
student’s withdrawal. You are not
entitled to a refund, but unique circumstances will be considered. We reserve the right to request authorization
from a doctor for withdrawal for medical reasons.
Payments are due on or before the due dates. Love to Dance, Inc. does not send out billing
statements. The payment schedule is
located on our Calendar of Events. Any
payment that is late will incur a $10.00 late fee. We appreciate your prompt payment.
